Data Deletion Instructions

Customers who messaged a dealer on WhatsApp

• Ask the dealer you messaged to delete your conversation and order details, or
• Email abedsalam506@gmail.com with the WhatsApp number you used and the dealer's name.

Dealers

• Email us from your account email and ask for your account to be closed and deleted.
• You can delete individual inventory items and customers from your dashboard at any time.

What happens next

We confirm the request, then delete the related data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example invoices).
