Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of Zbouni. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Zbouni connects a dealer's WhatsApp Business number to an AI assistant that answers customer questions using the dealer's inventory, collects orders and sends them to the dealer for confirmation.
Dealer responsibilities
- Keep inventory, prices and stock levels accurate. The assistant only quotes what you enter.
- Confirm or cancel orders promptly and fulfil confirmed orders.
- Follow the WhatsApp Business and Commerce Policies and applicable consumer and privacy laws.
- Only message customers who contacted you or agreed to receive messages from you.
- Keep your login details and API keys secure.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly according to the plan you choose. Conversation limits apply per plan. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send spam, sell prohibited goods, mislead customers, or interfere with the service or other dealers' data.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost sales, or errors caused by inaccurate inventory data or third-party services such as WhatsApp.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or WhatsApp policies.
Changes
We may update these terms and will show the new date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
